"35" power figure

Featured Replies

Although i've had the "My Audi" app for around 10 months, i've never really looked through it thoroughly, until today.

It shows i have a "35" power level tdi engine, with 190ps (140kw/187bhp).

Ok, but on checking Google, Audi's 35 power output equates for models with between 110 and 120kW (145 bhp and 159bhp).

Is this a typo i wonder, or my Audi app making a !Removed! up of my vin number, who knows.

My car is a 67 plate 2.0 tdi ultra, with twin tail pipes (unsure if twin tail pipes equates to anything, as i have seen single tail pipe 67 plate cars too).

I'm not losing sleep over it 😀, but i am curious. Make no mistake, it's very possible i've misunderstood the the power numbers and their meanings.

Regardless, the car has been faultless in my 10 months of ownership  .... apart from the clutch pedal/clutch rod plastic connector thingy, but i'm happy to say that has been fine since our kid refitted it.

Cheers
