Hey hoping that someone can please advise us a few days ago we brought an audi tt mk2, first time owning an audi, only to find the the headlights don't work side lights and fogs do also full beam works. Have done lots of research but now feel stuck, changed the switch, changed fuses and bulbs, tried disconnecting and reconnecting but not luck. Heard that the range control module could be the module could be the problem but we can't find it. We would be appreciate any advice please! Thanks in advance Tina 

Are they halogen or xenon headlights? If it's the latter the ballast boxes go.

They are halogen. Thanks

Might be worth you trying a second hand headlight. Or get an auto electrican to take a look at the wiring.

Hi probably an earth fault or a blown fuse/relay.
