Hi, i'm currently selling my powershift Focus due to poor MPG and really want a Audi A1 but i have learned not to go off a salesman or website for MPG figures or reliability but instead ask people who own/owned one. How is the A1 on fuel? specifically the 1.6TDI? and is the S tronic gearbox decent?

I have currently got a 1.6 petrol powershift Focus that cant even get 28MPG around town and sometimes hesitates and jerks so i'm hoping the A1 gets much better MPG and the gearbox is better than the powershift? 

S tronic gearbox is a sister box to the VW dsg which is the best auto on the market. 

What ever the official mpg figures are take 10 off them. My dad had an A3 with the same engine and when I drive it I could get into the 50s. That's motorway driving.
