Newbie on site looking at 05 S4 Cab. Looking for advice please

Hi all.

Looking at an 05 S4 cab that’s just coming on 100k. Owner says no rattles from the chains, no issues with the hood, not rusty arches etc. mot’d Sept with no advisories. Looks very clean and completely standard and it’s a manual.

Any additional bits I should be wary of?

What's the service history, does the roof work as it should, are the tyres the same brand/tread depth on the axles as uneven tyre wear can damage the quattro system. If xenon headlights are they working? Does the AC work?
