Hi - New to the forum and need some help. Been in contact with my local Audi centre and they can not shed light on the issue. Followed the instructions how to update the satnav maps from an SD Card. Gone in to the red engineering menu to make sure I can update the 2015 maps on the Audi MMi to the latest ones available. However the following items are blocked and should not be. How can I sort this please?

I surprised Audi can't help. I'd definitely get it booked in with them or an Audi specialist. 

Have you tried to reset the unit? 

Hi Steve thanks for your message. My local Audi centre updated the MMI system but maps still show 2014/5 and not the latest version. Did the forced reboot but still the same. Emailed the same images to my local Audi Centre and message came back that they have never seen that and don’t have an answer. Apparently you can not update the maps with an SD Card if that show up in the engineering menu. Maybe am Audi infotainment Specialist might shed some light on it. Thanks Again
