Hi there wondering if anyone can help me. For some reason all my indicator bulbs are working fine but my warning light keeps showing saying that both rear bulbs are out? Has anyone got any advice 

I'd recommend changing the bulbs and maybe getting a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could also get an auto electrican to che k for shorts in the wiring etc.

There can be 2 brake light bulbs per side. 
Same with the indicators - giving impression it’s nothing to do with bulbs because the indicator shows, but one bulb isn’t working? 
Not LEDs/ converted by any chance?
