I have a 2015 Audi A4 diesel auto with 130,000kms on the clock. For the last few months the car has been shaking on starting it up and sometimes it cuts out but only when starting it up for the first time in the morning. Once its started its fine and I don’t have any issues for the remainder of the day. My mechanic (not Audi) thought it was a problem with an injector and replaced it but that didn't help.

No warning lights are being displayed & the cars diagnostics aren't showing anything either. The mechanic believes it could be a serious engine issue. But he has been very vague as to why he thinks that. 

Has anyone else had a similar issue or know what might be wrong?
