Hi guys,

Did anybody manage to update this version of MMI without the expensive visit to the dealer?

I just don't use it. Its horrid !  I use a lovely Garmin on a windscreen mount. Better display of mapping, better functionality, far easier to set. Sits more or less line of sight with where my eyes should be. I might update the Audi system nevertheless so I'll watch this thread with interest.
