40 TFSI e S tronic vs 30 TFSI (Manual) 

 

As the title says, which of these would you go for? Obviously quite different but I've been offered the chance to try a plug in hybrid A3 or a 1.0 Petrol A3. 

 

Which would you go for and why? 

 

This is for the Audi A3 and both would be 2023 models.

 

Is the 40 TFSI e S Tronic engine and battery? Is it worth going hybrid or just sticking to Full petrol? 

How long are you intending to keep the car for? 

What kind of mileage do you do? 

What trim levels are both cars?

3-4 Years

15-20k Miles a year

Both Sport trim

I also do a decent but of motorway driving but also about 60-70 miles a week of city stop-start driving

In that case hybrid might be better. Especially as they keep increasing the ulez
