hi guys, bit of a different one as it seems like the usual symptoms from what these suffer with but not, i get the usual please engage P or N on screen with gearbox malfunction, bear in mind i also have a wheel speed sensor out not sure if its related, i have checked the plug on the back of the gearbox and its clean no corroded pins, when i start the car i have to clear codes to put it in gear then i can drive however long i want and its completely normal goes in all gears as it should just everytime i want to start the car i have to reset the codes everytime, as i said i have a front right wheel speed sensor out i have replaced it with a bosch part and at the same time i noticed the cable insulation started to rub through on the drive shft, put hadnt gone through after replacing the sensor i still had the fault so thought its possible it was that cable so i cut the cables and re terminated, i seem to now get the codes to intermittently dissapear randomly but still hasnt fully cleared it, not sure if this can be related to the gearbox fault buit thought it was worth a shot, has anyone had anything like this?

Might be connected. I know the gearbox module can fail as a worse case scenario 

is this the mechatronic you mean or something different?, just seems like a weird fault normally these a7's all have the same common issues but i havent seen anyone else have this issue
