Hi,

I have recently bought this A3 8v 2014 TDI. lovely car but no audio coming from MMI. I did some research and figure out its a drivers issue. When I press the Upper left soft key + back button it goes to Engineering page and then i click on update drivers or wiggle around different pages and click on Media. Boom audio is back. But i have to do this everytime I start my car. Its bit weird. Anyone else had this issue or how do i get this sorted.

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. 

If you've bought it from a dealer then they have to fix it foc in the first 30 days from sale as you're still entitled to a full refund within that time.
