Amber triangle with circle round it

My batter went flat so i charged it up and now the Amber circle with a triangle in it has come on anybody had this problem thanks in advance

Hi only way to find out what it is would be to scan the car for faults, amber warning is not critical but needs to be addressed.

How old is the battery in your Audi A4? Was it working perfectly fine until this moment? Do you know why it went flat (e.g. car sat for a long time or you left an accessory on such as a light)? Also, is it a standard lead acid battery or an AGM type?
