Hi guys need to know if I have a DPF fitted on my A4 B7 3.0tdi Quattro have found this PR code 7GN on the production sticker in service book which I googled and got the answer  PRcode 7GN=emission standard EU4  DPF preparation 

does this mean I have or do not have a DPF?Thanks. Sg.

Thanks for answering Steve still not sure found some answers on other forums saying the opposite and the code if you had one was 7GG have just had the car scanned because it had always black smoked on hard acceleration he did a live scan found nothing relating to fueling or emissions strangely he said the soot percentages were 0 made me wonder about the exhaust pressure sensor have never been able to find pipes coming off what I thought was the dpf but it wouldn’t have one would it ? if it didn’t have a dpf going to try Audi surely they will know for definite.   Sg.
