I HAVE A AUDI SQ5 2015 QUATTRO MODEL. I BOUGHT THE CAR ONLY  FEW MONTHS AGO. I NOTICED THERE IS A RATTLING SOUND FROM MY PANORAMIC SUNROOF. THEY SAY IT IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM ON THE AUDI SQ5S . SOME DEALERSHIPS HAVE REPLACED THE PANORAMIC ROOFS MULTIPLE TIMES. WHERE OTHERS HAVE CLEANED THE CHANNELS OF THE ROOF AND APPLIED NEW GREASE AND THAT STOPPED THE RATTLING. I WILL DO THIS IN THE SUMMER. HAS ANYBODY HAD A SAME ISSUE. IF SO HOW DID YOU RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.  REGARDS SANTOKH

You've hit the nail on the head on how to resolve the issue I'm afraid. Try applying grease first etc but the sunroof might still need disassembling.
