Heated mirror fault

Hi Guys

Not really on this topic, but has anyone else noticed during this cold spell that their heated mirrors aren't working ?

My 2024 A3 S Line has just come back from the Dealership as mine weren't defrosting, and I've been told that this is yet another known issue and that there's a Technical Notice advising that the sensors in the mirrors are faulty and need replacing.

As it's under warranty this should go back to Audi for a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. 

Besides the sensors there could be wiring. Have you checked the fuse?
