Audi Q7 3.0TDI glowplug sign and car turned off

I was driving all of a sudden the glow plug sign came up and the car turned off and now it doesn't turn on at all, the glowplug light engine light and break (red) came up before it turned off, electrics turn on but due to trying to start it so many now the battery sign is also coming up Please any advice would be amazing.

i have dropped it to the mechanic so hopefully will have a better understanding tomorrow, however they said if they have to replace the glow plugs they will have to have me waive if the plug snaps and remains in the engine as apparently they can snap eaasily
