Hi all, having recently bought an A5 with no splash guards, the car is a nightmare to keep clean. Does anyone know where to buy decent ones apart from audi. 2020 face-lift sportback model. Many thanks.

Try Aliexpress. I bought a set for a non-Audi and was very pleased with them and the fitting.

Thanks guys, I ordered some on Ali express, they weren't massive money so we'll see what they're like.

I was thinking someone might know where to get some original audi ones or as close as without paying a fortune.

I’m pleased my suggestion is working for you. 
If your turn out to be as good as mine were, you will be very pleased with them, since mine were identical to what I would have expected from a main dealer supplied ones - except for not having the very expensive label stuck on the packaging. 

Re. Audi original ones - you should be able to twist someone’s arm and perhaps get a7% discount on dealer supplied ones!
