A6 C8 front camera fault / windscreen damage?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone.
I know the regular issue regarding the intermittent camera faults (lane departure, beam assist etc) but I am now getting these 4 faults every time I start the car.

A large stone did hit the windscreen last week, that’s the only physical thing I can possibly put it down to.
Could the stone have dislodged the camera or is the small chip blocking the view from the below photo?

Would anyone know if this is likely, or possible fixes?

many thanks

Hi Mick, it had been doing that previously, every week or 2, but is constant now every time I start the car.
