I have a 2009 audi a3 sportback with an audi concert headset in but want to swap headset for an audi navigation plus , can anyone tell me is it a straight swap i know i need a gps antenna but should that be all or do i need to change or add to the existing loom thanks in advance for advice and help

You'll need the GPS antenna, modules, wiring loom etc. 

You're esr buying the complete kit from a breaker car. Alternatively the cheaper option would be to fit an aftermarket head unit which has apple car play and android auto, that way you can run Google maps through it.
