Q3 2019 Don’t rev above 4000 notice

Featured Replies

I’m having bother with my Q3 sport back 2019, it’s been a great car and only recently showing faults.

Engine management light on.  Don’t rev above 4000 warning displayed on dash. Also irregular tick over, sitting about 1100 but will rev up to 1500 while sitting at lights and road junctions.

ive been to local Audi garage, not main dealer. Replaced breather tube with sensors but fault still persists.  Even the garage is struggling to resolve.

Hoping someone else has had this issue and found a fix for it.

all help appreciated

Colin
