Hi Guys.

I return to the Audi family on Friday after a 4 year absence driving a Mazda CX5, but need some guidance from more experienced owners.

My car is a 2019 8V A3 Sportback S Line. I ride various bicycles which I need to transport, which was easy on the CX5; £150 for a used tourney of eBay and 2 hours to fit it and a PF Jones wiring kit. The A3 doesn’t look to be so straight forward; all the usual suppliers have big ‘not S Line’ warnings in most of their products.

 Has anyone got a 2017-20 S Line with a tow bar fitted? If yes, where did you get it from?

I had a towbar fitted to my ford Kuga daily by buzz towbars. They come to you to fit. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend. 

Thanks for the pointer Steve. I've followed your suggestion and gone to a local fitter rather than one of the nationals and they've been very helpful. I just need to scrape together the necessary reddies to get it fitted now.

I bought a second hand one from eBay. Definitely worth checking there and Facebook marketplace
