New tailgate struts

Just replaced the tailgate struts on my 2012, 3 door. 
though they were still working ok …with the rust breaking through I think it was just a matter of time before they failed. Opening and closing the tailgate feels so much better now.

Glad you got sorted. I bet the new ones open better. I know they did on my A6 when I changed them.

Oh for sure… never realised the originals were pretty much knackered (apart from the rust)  but the new ones open/close si much nicer.
