Blank MMI Screen

Featured Replies

My MMI screen is blank, I have had the fuses checked and the cable is delivering power, so it would appear I need to replace the screen, I have found the part number (4G2.919.601.T or J or Q??) but these parts seem to be for the regular A6. Does anybody know if the screen from a regular A6 is compatable with the Allroad model as Allroad has the air suspension adjustment screen?? Any help gratefully received. Thanks

Thanks Steve, good to know the screens are the same. Do you happen to know if the the letter at the end of the part number is relevant as I cannot see the part number until the old screen is out which is unfortunate as it seems quite a big job to remove it, find the exact part number, replace the old one (although not working) while I source a replacement. Once again any advice gratefully received!!

So very depending on the model the screen is intended for too potentially. Ideally you'll want the whole code before ordering anything.

Thanks for the advice Steve, much appreciated, looks like no option other than to get the unit out before sourcing 😞 .

Definitely the best option. As let's face it, the screens got to come out anyway.
