Stange noise on cold start

Hi all! This is my first time posting here.

Unfortunately, my car has developed a strange "barking" noise on cold start only. As soon as the cold start cycle finishes, the noise pretty much stops.

Does anyone know what this noise may be?

Thanks in advance!

P.S I know that I need to clean my engine bay 😉

Someone did suggest that to me, but it's strange that the noise goes away after cold start. I was thinking oil starvation? But then the interval of the sound doesn't match up..
