Im_Deb Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Hi, I am unable to remove the message on my screen so any suggestions would be most appreciated. I have tried every option on the touch screen but nothing so far.
Steve Q Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago If confirming ok isn't working then it makes me wonder if there's an issue with the system. You could do a factory reset of the MMI to see if that helps. Alternatively you could get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up as to why the ok button isn't responding. This is also linked to the my Audi app. Have you looked in the app to see if there's a way round it?
Im_Deb Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago Hi Steve Q, Thank you for your reply. I have tried the app and it just tells me I have to pay to reinstate the function (Adaptive cruise control). The system has also reverted me to a guest user and removed me as a named user that the Audi dealer set me up with when I bought the car earlier this year. I think I am going to have to pop into the main dealer nearest me. Do you think they would be of any help? Kind regards
Steve Q Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago That's a good idea as they set it up for you. Or try Audi customer services

Undoubtedly they will help if you pay them lots of money. Subscription services are a nasty increasing trend amongst car makers recently. BMW tried it a few years ago in regard to some of the luxury features that required an annual payment for continued operation.
