Loss of Crankshaft Synchronisation

Hello

im new to this forum, hoping someone could shed some light on light on an issue. Got a 2017 A6 Allroad engine light came on so got it checked at local garage came up with a fault code of P191A00 loss of crankshaft Synchronization. Has anyone ever come across this fault?
