Just joined - Hello everyone, willing to read this.

I've owned my (relatively) low mileage 68,000 mile, December registered 2013, A4 B8.5 3-litre Quattro V6 Saloon since 2022

I bought it in March 2022 with just 58,400 miles on the clock (that's just an average of less that 7K a year from all its previous 3 owners)

Quite a find, for such a limited variant UK car, i think!

Having come from a history of somewhat performance cars (XR3, XR3i, RS Turbo, Clio Williams, TVR Griffith 4.3, TVR 2x 4.2 Cerbera V8's)

I was happy, whilst in my 'post divorce' (& far less prosperous times) to live with a dreary old Golf 1.6 for a couple of years, saving like a madman, before aspiring to & buying this A4

I researched the models A4, A5, A6 etc (and even did research on physical dimensions too ie weight, roof height, length, car width etc) & engine to go for, before purchase, so was ultimately happy with my 'right' purchase 

It was my 1st ever Audi

I can't express how much I love this car - even 3+yrs after purchase . . . . so far as to say, i think its the best car I've ever owned (albeit not the fastest, or best handling) - but as an overall 'package' and its quality feel, It 'THE ONE'

With its cheap insurance (Yeah Okay, I'm getting old!), cheap (ish) road tax, impressive MPG, and reasonable servicing, i cant see me replacing it for many may years to come

All that, and still gives a 0-62 in the 5-seconds, with a punchy 500Nm V6 motor - You can't complain at those figures!!!

Hope to contribute frequently and offer truthful personal ownership experiences, as well as gleaning advice & tips from other A4 owners
