Can anyone help me with my Audi A1 2011 1.6tdi . When I’m driving it in 4th and 5th gear doing speed limit it judders when driving then when it 40 mph or above it seems to be fine. I’ve had new injector new clutch and fly wheel a new stop start battery it’s been serviced and it’s still doing the juddering any ideas please

Yh manual transmission mate an 30mph in 4th gear and 40mph in 5th gear but once the speed builds up it’s alright

Hi you could try a  diagnostic scan and see what that throws up, if nothing try reading the live data on injectors, EGT sensors, MAF sensor, EGR valve.

Ok had RAC out the otherday to change one injector and it wasn’t throwing anything els up on the diagnostic but I’ll get them other things checked thanks

If it’s 5th gear doing 40mph it sits at about 1500 revs or just under
