I have a 2004 Audi a4 Convertible and my Son ripped his brothers hockey bag out of the trunk and ripped this piece right off.  I can't find what the part is to find a replacement.  Can anyone help me out?

Not sure if you can get access into the U.K. parts supplier LLL Parts. If so, that would be a good place to start to find the appropriate part number, an image and a name for the part - if the system works for you.

Hi the part number will be stamped on the original part at the back then try the breakers [junk yard].

That handle is no longer available. It's part number:  8H0867621 (to do with rear storage area floor). You should be able to source second-hand searching for the part number.

Thanks everyone!  That part # is just for the handle and it did help me find that.  I am looking for the the piece the handle is attached to that is mounted across the rear of the trunk.  That is part that got torn off.  I am assuming I will need a new handle as well, as the mount for the cable appears to be damaged.
