Sorry to hear of your issue. Has it only happened once?

Why have Audi postponed the repair?

Has the update helped?

First the window went down after charge, the car was soaked inside, then the boot on another charge, then the boot opened when not on charge.                                                                                                                               The Audi breakdown guy stated as the bulletin to change the boot lid control motor, but Audi stopped this as it was not curing the issue on other vehicles. I refused to take the car back 17th December for security reasons and was given a Audi A3 the last month, with having an ultra reliable Q4 previously  for 26 months I found the A3 (ICE car) expensive to run plus I was paying insurance for a car double the price, so  I rejected the car and gave it back 26 th Jan, I took a hit of £867.40, I paid £54,899 cash for it last October. I thought the car was going for tests or not being sold until a fix, but the greedy garage put it up for sale @ £54,776 within hours of me receiving £54,031. Some unsuspecting customer will buy a car that is insecure.

Regards Colin

Not good and the dealer should hang their head in shame, you should name and shame the dealer.

Not Good. Sorry for your issues.

Any news on resolving your issues

Hi John, I rejected the car 26th January, received £54,031 back, so lost £867. The greedy garage Lookers Audi Farnborough then put the car up for sale with the fault for £54,777. Now karma is hitting them 44days on its still for sale, price dropped to £52,872 doubt its been fixed. Hopefully I have warned people on this club about this issue and this car KP25ZVS. I have covered all U Tube Audi Q6 reviews with honest comments, the Customer Complaints Department at Lookers seems AI 😒😒it just replies with generic replies. I actually nearly purchased a New BMW X3 from Lookers Stoke last month, not giving them another penny.

1 Drove the car 15 miles, went to a shop, then the Radio would not come on, whatever I did, locked it unlocked it etc, waited got back in. I was 6 miles from Audi Derby and called in, the receptionist came out and guess what, the Radio worked again. the computer must of reset and maybe me taking the key further away from the vehicle worked.

.2 Had loads of MMI faults, rung up Audi Connect, the operator said that I had lots of faults on the system and he told us to hold the radio volume button down 12 seconds asked us to press some buttons which came up Initialising user management, then after 20 minutes of it just spinning around on the screen I told the operator to answer another call. I moved the car back to wash it and got back in and the screen was back to normal.

3 My wife drove the car once a week to work and the car would get so confused who was driving, worked out if I drove the mileage etc on my app and the wife's app would go blank, but if my wife drove the apps would work on both our phones. Actually this was a problem i showed the receptionist at Audi Farnborough, her words were that's an easy fix, but she could not fix it and was amazed when I said if my wife logs in the app works, then I showed her..

4 After 2 (the reset) I realised that my wife was now the key user? so rung Audi connect again, the operator was great, I had to get the V5 and my driving licence and allow her to take control of my camera on my phone, she snapshot 2 pages of the V5 and the driving licence then I had to turn the camera to my face to prove it was me. She then put us back to key user and my wife an additional user.

5 On taking the car back to lookers Audi Farnborough the cruise control broke, tried to get it working maybe 20 times on the 160 mile run.

I ONLY had this vehicle on my drive 2 months

The car Audi Q6 KP25ZVS actually sold after 44 days to an unsuspecting customer, I feel for them.

Sorry to read your issues, must say mine were different and extensive but in other ways. I have had the car since Oct 24 with so many issues, was promised many times these would be resolved in the first 3 months, to be fair some have been resolved but I am still stuck with 3 faults of which Audi seem clueless on how to resolve and the dealer does not know what to say other then Audi have issues, they know these issues, they are trying to fix these issues.

Yet Audi continue to make cars with faults and sell to buyers hoping the buyers will not mind, Shocking Audi.

Now when I watch F1 the first cars I expect to break down will be an Audi.

More time spent on their F1 programme using our money to fund this while sending out cars they know have faults.

Sorry to hear you have also had issues with no fixes.

Audi customer service tried to get us a like for like car, but Audi Farnborough would not, its ok to have a A3 for a week but not 3 or 4 months, I have 24 years no claims and the Q6 was still £69 a month because its band 49. Plus at nearly 70 years old my last 9 vehicles have been SUV’s

Audi are an absolute disgrace, my mate said, why are Audi still building them like you mentioned

A simple answer - Audi do not care.
