Hi All received my Q7 hybrid 1 hour ago, now waiting on Audi assistance as I’ve got an electrical system fault!! Really disappointing, not a great start to my first Audi !!

Thanks Steve, appreciated, turned out it had to have several updates which were done and so far all good, really like driving it, better than I anticipated

How on earth can a brand new car be passed from the dealer to the buyer without updating software? It makes me wonder if a pre delivery inspection of oil air water and damage was carried out.

The technician was quite surprised by how much he had to do to a brand new car, but after a dodgy Audi start, I’m going for better things 🤞🏻

He should be more than surprised, he should be embarrassed and ashamed at how low Audi standards have fallen.

Congrats on your new car, ive got the previous plug in hybrid 2020, nearly the same car but yours has a few new touches, grills, lights, exhuast tips which I like. If theres anything you want to know about the car as ive nearly taken my whole car apart just for educational purposes so I would say I'm a master of the Q7 lol
