Is the head light unit a sealed unit or can you change the dipped xenon bulb?

 

I am getting lots of different opinions, I want to upgrade my standard fit lamps with a higher wattage or possibly with

Philips D3S X-treme Vision Xenon HID Bulb, 

These bulbs although very expensive have very good reviews.

This relates to my A5 2014 3.0 S-Line 245 bhp Quattro 4 door.
