Swifmcvay Posted April 22, 2017 Share Posted April 22, 2017 Hi guys, Can anyone advise why my remapped 2.0T doesn't go as well as I think it should?it only has 76k on the clock,has a Celtic tuning stage 1 remap which is meant to push out 261bhp, oh it's the DSG version and not Quattro, i know the s3 is Quattro and has a k04 turbo, but this is pushing out almost the same but doesn't go as well. any ideas? Steve Q Posted April 22, 2017 Share Posted April 22, 2017 It will also go on the condition of the vehicle. I.e. A poorly serviced car will not be as good as one that's never missed a service. The remap will have more effect with other mods such as straight through stainless exhausts, upgraded manifolds, induction kit and upgraded turbo for example. Swifmcvay Posted May 24, 2017 Author Share Posted May 24, 2017 Hey Steve, I'm getting the car serviced in a couple weeks, Is it as easy as just replacing the k03 turbo with a k04 turbo, or hybrid, or is there a whole bunch of parts I need to replace with it?
