First question 

ive got my self a golf r32 back end all the subframe etc 

what gear box will go on my engine and match up to the prop shaft

Might be easier to get a propshaft made up to complement a gearbox and the back axle. Unless there is a gearbox that suites. 

Are you just doing rear wheel drive or 4wd though?

what type of box would be best r32 one or one out of a s3 Quattro
