Convertible Roof Fault

Featured Replies

I have an A4 b7 Convertible, seems the motor connected to the pump has stopped working,

Roof only folds back 1 inch or rear panel lifts 1 inch

I have seen on ebay a guy who fully refurbs the motors for about 85 quid, would you say this is the sensible route?

Hi Dave,

i would say the £85 sounds reasonable. As always just check the sellers feedback before committing to anything. Sorry if that sounds like I'm telling you how to suck eggs!

If you went to Audi they would want to replace the motor for a hell of a lot more money!

So this could be worth a shot.

Cheers
