Phone pairing

Featured Replies

Hi guys just swapped over phones before i had a google nexus 6 that connected via blue tooth to my 2008 (57) - Audi A6 3.0 TDI sline Le Mans Quattro with no issues i now have an lg g5 i can not pair with the car, i done a few searches via google and found a work around were the car gives me a long digit code to enter in the phone and it then connects only draw back is i lose signal on the phone and everytime i turn off bluetooth the signal comes back and i keep getting texts from vodafone saying looks like you have swapped sims, and i have to get new settings for my phone, pain in the backside anyone else using an LG phone with their car and have it working?

Hey Paul,

typing in the digit code to pair the car to the phone is quite common but iv never seen it where the phone looses signal and the phone company says you've changed SIM cards!

Have you rang vodaphone to see what they have to say about it?

Sorry I can't help more.

Cheers

steve
