Hi I've just brought an Audi A4. I want to play my music through the media but when I plug my phone into the media port in the glove box it says it's not supported. Could anyone help??

Hi Jesse welcome to the forum :) 

I'm assuming your a4 has Bluetooth? 

If so it might be worth you trying to play the music through the Bluetooth/phone setting instead of the media setting, if that makes sense?

The only options I have for Audio is either radio or media. It does have Bluetooth but only for hands free I think?

Hmm see if it can work through the Bluetooth. If that fails it might be worth you trying another device such as an iPod or another phone to see if they work. Then you'll know if it's the device or the car :)
