But I would say it's cheaper to replace the switch first rather than the abs pump! Then again the abs pump will need to be replaced so in order to pass an mot. (I'm assuming the abs light is on). Craig_Anderson Posted September 1, 2017 Author Share Posted September 1, 2017 Yeah the abs light was on but I have now replaced the pump and the light is off but there is still an fault some wear as the instruments still say abs fault, Plus with my VCDS program on laptop I still can't access the abs control module, Just says mode not supported witch am unsure if its genuinely not supported or faulty and just says it's not supported.
