Help with air leak - Have diagnostic readout

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Fairly new to the forum and A3 scene. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with the below fault readout that could help me out? Car sounds horrible while idling and frequently revs up to 2000rpm while foot is away from accelerator.

Looking at the readout all the engine issues seem related and my best guess would be air leak but would like someone more experienced to take a look if possible and let me know where would be best to start to get this fixed?

Attached diagnostic

Cheers

Mike

Welcome to the forum Mike :)

You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :)

Rough idling could be caused by an incorrect air/fuel mixture but to be fair you had gathered that. It Could be the maf sensor? But I'll see what some of the more experienced members think :)

Cheers

Steve
