Just wondering if anyone has had any issues connecting phone?

I have a A3 1.5 Saloon 2017. My phone (Samsung S6),connected with MMI initially but has since failed to connect. Phone indicates it is paired with car and MMI says it is connected but it wont make any calls or access directory, yet i can play media files. I have tried removing and reconnecting several times also tried with other phones same problem.

Any ideas

You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) 

Have you spoken to Audi about.the issue? If you've tried multiple phones then clearly.it must be an issue with the car. Sorry if I'm.stating the obvious.

Hi Steve.

Gave up trying to sort it myself. Got intouch with local dealer. Told to bring it down and they would sort. 1 hour later and still not working. Car booked in for further investigation.

Well at least that's some sort of progress as it means you know it's not.you doing something wrong. Let's hope it gets sorted soon :)
