Hi all,

My name is Adam. I have been watching from the sidelines for a while now.

I've owned my 1996 S6 for about 6yrs and drove it for about 4 of those. The cars been laid up for the past 2 yrs and my plan is to re-MOT it and get her back on the road. This is where the problem starts. I've misplaced the ignition key. 

What are my options? 

If I can, ill buy a second hand ignition barrel and key but would it be possible to get a new one from Audi? Is that stretching my luck too far.

Welcome to the forum Adam you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) 

Its worth trying Audi but I'd doubt they'll be able to help. 

You'll also need all the door lock barrels as well from the donor car. How have you managed to get in the car without a key?
