Possible fault in Instrumentation Control Cluster
Your choice of course, but a quick internet search revealed three companies in Eire that do this sort of work.

Humming / Grinding noise when driving over 30 kmh
Sorry Hamza, I will not open links to untrusted sources, however if the tyres are as bad as you describe I have no doubt they are the cause of the noise.

Humming / Grinding noise when driving over 30 kmh
Is there any damage to the summer tyres, or a foreign body such as a stone jammed in the tread? Are they even at the correct pressure?

Possible fault in Instrumentation Control Cluster
Heather. There are a few companies who can repair your instrument cluster, ECU Testing being commonly mentioned here. They all require you to remove the cluster and post it to them. I forget the most recent price, but I know it was only a few hundred pounds, a fraction of the price of a new part from Audi.

Struggling to change gear, any help appreciated
Nevertheless the clutch is not opening fully. It could be a broken release bearing, a damaged release lever, a defective slave cylinder, a worn driven plate, a damaged finger, or a worn flywheel. Whatever the cause, the clutch needs to come out.

Engine change
Have you come to a decision Monika? We have offered our thoughts on the matter, how about giving us yours?

New clutch needed.

Air conditioning recharging kits
I did not know of these kits either, but from what I remember of having my car done by a professional one needs suitable pressure guages to ensure only the correct amount of gas is introduced. Furthermore I believe it is now compulsory to to collect and recycle old hydroflurocarbon refridgerant gas because of the damage done by it to the ozone layer of the atmosphere.

Engine change
Monika. I believe your hopes are unrealistic. What you propose would be an an enormous job because not only would the engine have to be changed, but you would also need numerous sensors and their associated electronics, a complete wiring loom, and a complete exhaust system. Depending on what engine you select you may also need modified engine mountings, new front springs & dampers, new gearbox & drive shafts. Even if you find somebody willing to do it, the cost would be enormous.

Oil level after service
Even if it was burning oil, which I doubt, you would not necessarily see a drop in level. A little oil goes a long way when it comes to making a stink. Furthermore oil fumes should not enter the cabin unless the crankcase pressure relief valve is blocked or the oil filler cap is missing. I believe you will regret accepting the car, but it's your money and your choice.

Oil level after service
Air con should not stink. Are you certain it is burnt oil you smell, or could it be mildew?

Tailgate adjustment?
Not that I know of. You would have to look for yourself or get it checked at a garage

Please let us know the outcome.

Very odd behaviour after going above 3.5k-4k rpm (2.0 TFSI)
I can't help on that score with any certainty. It might be a separate heat exchanger mounted behind the main radiator, or it might be integrated into the radiator. Let's hope somebody more knowledgeable will chip in.

Tailgate adjustment?
Nevertheless the tailgate should close in alignment with the opening even before the bump stops make contact, so I ask again if the hinges can be adjusted for a better fit? If they can not then I would be concerned that either the body or the tailgate has been damaged in a crash.

Daren. You seem to have covered the obvious causes of low oil pressure. I think it is significant that the low pressure only happens after hard acceleration when the oil would get hotter than normal, so I wonder if there is a restriction in the oil cooler, assuming you have one.

2009 Audi A4 Suspension Issue – Bought from Dealer
Are you saying the testing station is part of the same business that sold you the car?
-
Tailgate adjustment?
Has the tailgate always been twisted, or is it a recent change in alignment? Perhaps it is the hinges that need adjustment.

So much for the pre-delivery inspection then.

Whine at motorway speeds.
It's easy enough to measure wear with a cheap tread depth guage. If it shows more wear at both shoulders than at the centre line the pressure is too low, and vice versa. If the inner shoulder is worn more than the outer, the toe in is too small, and vice versa. The tracking needs to be adjusted. I suggest you get the tyres and the tracking checked.

Left over screw!
Ah, Torx had not occurred to me. I don't know its location though the low profile suggests somewhere with very little clearance above it.
