rear offside led light not working

Featured Replies

Hi all

A3 convertible 2012

looking for some help, the rear right warning light has been coming on, on the dash display, I've checked it and the led light on the body and the boot have been flashing, I've had a look but see anything obvious, problem is they have stopped working altogether, do I need to buy a complete unit, can I check in anyway to see if its a wiring problem or is it off to the garage to part with loads of dosh, hand book says take it to the garage

If it is a replacement any good places to get one?

think the car may be the 2013 looking at the grill although it was on a 2012 plate so maybe in the wrong forum !!

cheers

Welcome to the forum Tom, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :)

It's definitely worth checking the wiring first as it could be a faulty earth. It might also be worth you getting a diagnostic check carried out to see what fault codes flag up. or get an auto electrician look at it as it.nat be a quick fix.

Cheers

Steve
