Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone on here has spoke with Audi UK regarding the recent electric coolant pump recall or had the part replaced by Audi?

Hi Jim, 

I believe the c7 is being recalled as the pump has a risk of fire if it becomes blocked or has a short circuit. Here's the link to the NHTSA:

From the sources I've read the necessary replacement parts aren't available until June so the letter you've received is to inform you. You'll get another nletter to let you know when the part is available and for you to book your car in for the recall.
