Steve Q Posted May 8, 2018 Share Posted May 8, 2018 Hi Jim, I believe the c7 is being recalled as the pump has a risk of fire if it becomes blocked or has a short circuit. Here's the link to the NHTSA: https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls?nhtsaId=18V229#recalls370 From the sources I've read the necessary replacement parts aren't available until June so the letter you've received is to inform you.
