I own a 2002 audi a3 1.9 tdi sport  (130) 6spd, i have no 1st or 2nd gear but car still drives fine. I have a gearbox code DRW and i was trying to get 2nd hand 1 from a breaker? I can not find a DRW gearbox 😭 i have been offered an ERF gearbox which is also 6spd? Would this gearbox fit my car and will it work properly? 

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated many thanks

have you checked the linkages? Or had a garage have a look at your gearbox? 

think you'll need a DRW gearbox on my opinion.

Thanks steve, been offered ERP code as well been told it should work?

Does anybody know if i can use the eRP or ERF 6spd gearbox ive been offered will it fit and work properly in my car... plz help

If a garage has said it'll work then I'd go with what they say. Im assuming the gearbox isn't free?

Well decided just to put the car in the garage, gearbox out, reconditioned and put back with a new clutch kit 🙏😁
