Driver door won't unlock with FOB or internal button

Good day all, I have a 2015 Audo A6 (C7) 2L TDI.
All of a sudden my driver's door won't unlock using the key remote. The only way to unlock the car is to get in from the other doors and open the door using the door handle from within.
It also won't auto lock when driving off or if I push the button on the door panel.
I can hear all the other doors lock. In fact I can now hear it every time I pull off, where before I would only hear it once.
It seems the system detects that the driver door is unlocked and then "locks" all the doors when I pull off every time.
The driver's door ONLY locks with the remote though.
Also now I notice that the actual key no longer works at all as well. I insert it into the keyhole, but I cannot turn it at all.

Any advice would be appreciated.
