Front parking sensors not on

Featured Replies

Hi
I recently bought a 2013 Q3 SE TFSI Quattro..
When I check through the car's equipment spec, it lists "Parking System Plus, Front and Rear".
The car looks like it has the sensors in the front bumper.
The settings are there to adjust the front sensor volume and frequency.
However, I cannot get them to work. All I ever have is a symbol which seems to indicate that they are not turned on.
Please see attached screenshot and photos.
I have looked through all the settings and tried the button on the dashboard, and cannot find an option to switch them on.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
Chris

Chris - Did you get anywhere with this, I have the same issue

I have this exact issue with my 2018 q3. They’ve always been fine and working normally, then one day, nothing. I can’t get them back on.

Hello,

Although we are a friendly and helpful bunch on here, we do automatically take it that new members joining to ask a question, will at least take the trouble to fill in their profile properly.
Could you please do that for us?
