Hi guys, 

Going to be lowering my car this week and typically my bonnet cable has snapped 😠 could someone tell me best way to get it open please? 

A3 2007 8p sportback.

I recall a similar problem being discussed here a few months ago. Look through old posts from earlier in the year.

Obviously you can break your grill to get access to it or you can take o/s/f wheel arch cover off. There should be a connector block were it joins to the cable coming from the latch to the release hand cable. (2section) cant mind were it is but its in that vicinity somewere.
