Hi all, we have an A5 S-Line ultra and we came to fill up tonight and the the filler flap just would not open ? Has anyone else had this issue and how did you remedy it please ?

Hello Gary,

There should be an emergency pull in the boot - probably tucked behind the trim near to the back of the flap.

The handbook should give you to detail you want. Failure is probably due to a lazy solenoid that operates the flap release.
